Thank you for accessing the Pre-Calculus Common Platform, an application which allows the estimation of the average volume of work (measured in number of hours and number of 8-hour working days) necessary for carrying out an architecture project.

Please carefully fill out the present questionnaire, which collects some information about the project you intend to carry out. After finishing the list of questions, the software will display the average number of working hours, respectively, the average number of 8-hour working days needed to achieve the architectural project of your objective.

These numeric values are the result of an average calculation containing empirical data collected through questionnaire-based sociological investigation, conducted by IMAS from 2015 until now. The investigation was aimed at determining the hourly average per square meter for each architecture service and for each category and subcategory of architectural goals.

The Order of Architects of Romania operates under Law no. 184/2001 regarding the organization and practice of the architect profession, republished, with the subsequent modifications and completions, the provisions of art. 13 par. (1) and (2) of the Government Ordinance no. 26/2000 on associations and foundations, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 246/2005 with further amendments and completions, and other legal provisions in force, as a nonprofit, apolitical, autonomous and independent professional organization, with a legal personality of private law, recognized as of public interest, with its own patrimony and budget, having the role to represent, promote and protect the interests of the profession of architect at national and international level.
